What Makes This Program Different?

Coaching Café is unique community for ICF certified coaches to get together to talk about their aspirations for bringing in the sustained change around them, hear the BIY vision and journey and ideate around leveraging mutual desires and interests. Building the community, creating uniquely packaged coaching services for the UAE market and also working on philantropic ideas to reach people who typically cant afford coaching. The Coaching Cafe sessions are either in a short 90 minute format at Cafe's or a longer 3 hour, bi-monthly format where we delve deeper into topics as a group and also engage with senior HR leaders to bounce off ideas.
